My reason for starting this job was a casual remark from an American couple.

"In America, sake is selling well thanks to the Japanese food boom. The future of sake looks bright."

At the time, I was working in Hawaii, USA, developing Japanese-style izakaya (pub) restaurants. I didn't know much about sake before then, but the words of the couple resonated with me, and I began to want to become an expert in sake someday. Later, when I took a job in South Korea handling Japanese alcoholic beverages, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by Japanese sake breweries, such as the fact that elderly people are supporting Japanese sake breweries and that small, family-run businesses are struggling to find overseas sales channels. With the solid language skills I had cultivated through studying abroad and working, I felt a strong desire to become someone who could help these people, and that led to the establishment of "Sake N Consulting Co., Ltd."

Sake N Consulting Co., Ltd.'s business is to convey the excellence of your company's sake to the world on your behalf. We spare no effort in marketing and public relations activities to achieve this. As a certified Japanese sake master taster, I will carefully select your sake and deliver it to the overseas regions where there is the greatest demand. It is all to let people around the world know about sake, a wonderful part of Japanese food culture. With dedicated support to deliver results, we will surely protect your sake brewery.

Lastly, in February 2025, we opened the "Nihonshu Future University" in Seoul, South Korea, to train sake sommeliers. We hope to play a part in spreading sake more globally.
